Seb Aur Amrood Ki Sabzi

Ingredients 

  • 2 apples
  • 2 guavas
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick 
  • 10-12 raisins
  • 4-5 cashewnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoon sugar

Method

  1. Wash, peel and cut apples into big pieces. Wash guavas and cut into big pieces. Heat ghee in a pan. Add cloves and cinnamon. Add cashewnuts and raisins.
  2. After two minutes add guava and apples. Cook for a minute. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt and sugar. Mix well. Serve hot.
