Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 2 guavas
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 3 cloves
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 10-12 raisins
- 4-5 cashewnuts
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon sugar
Method
- Wash, peel and cut apples into big pieces. Wash guavas and cut into big pieces. Heat ghee in a pan. Add cloves and cinnamon. Add cashewnuts and raisins.
- After two minutes add guava and apples. Cook for a minute. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt and sugar. Mix well. Serve hot.
