Ingredients 

  • 15-16 srimps, deveined and poached
  • 2 avocados, cut into small pieces
  • 2 medium cucumbers, peelef anf cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • 1 iceberg lettuce head

Method

  1. Mix together mayonnaise, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl.
  2. Add avocado, shrimps and cucumbers and mix well.
  3. Serve on a bed of iceberg lettuce.
