Ingredients list for Seafood And Avacado Salad

  • 15-16 Srimps deveined and poached
  • 2 Avocados cut into small pieces
  • 2 medium Cucumbers cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper powder
  • 1 Iceberg lettuce

Method

  1. Mix together mayonnaise, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl.
  2. Add avocado, shrimps and cucumbers and mix well.
  3. Serve on a bed of iceberg lettuce.
