Ingredients list for Scrambled Tofu With Mushrooms
- 2 cups Tofu grated
- 2 cloves Button Mushrooms sliced
- 3-4 Baby onions
- 8-10 Button mushrooms
- 3-4 Fresh red chillies sliced
- 2 Green chillies sliced
- 2 Spring onions sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- to taste Black salt (kala namak)
- 1 medium Tomato,chopped
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Oil
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, baby onions and sauté for a couple of minutes. Add mushrooms and toss.
- Add fresh red chillies, green chillies and continue to Add spring onions with chopped greens and continue to sauté.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and sauté. Add grated tofu, garam masala powder and black salt and mix gently.
- Add tomato and coriander leaves and mix. Serve hot with bread or toast.
