Ingredients
- 350 grams boneless chicken, cut into strips
- 4 teaspoons schezwan chutney
- 10-15 garlic cloves
- 1½ inch ginger
- ¼ cup curry leaves
- Oil to deep fry
- ½ cup rice flour
- Salt to taste
Method
- Grind garlic, ginger and curry leaves with a little water and put the paste in a bowl. Add schezwan chutney and chicken strips and mix well. Add a little water and mix and set aside to marinate for ½ hour.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
- Place rice flour in a plate, add a little salt and mix well. Roll the chicken strips in this, dust off excess flour, slide into hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
