Ingredients list for Russian Chicken Salad

  • 2 Boneless Chicken Breast boiled and chopped
  • 3 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1 medium Onion cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 4 medium Potatoes boiled
  • 2 medium Tomatoes seeded and cut into ½- inch pieces
  • 6 medium Lettuce leaves chilled
  • For dressing
  • 3/4 cups Mayonnaise
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper powder


  1. Peel and cut the eggs length ways into eight slices. Peel and cut the potatoes into half-inch cubes Combine the chicken, eggs, onion and potatoes in large bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, combine the mayonnaise with salt and white pepper powder. Add the dressing to the chicken mixture and mix well.
  3. Line a bowl with lettuce leaves and spoon the salad into the bowl. Decorate with chopped tomato, cover with cling film and place in a refrigerator for twenty-five to thirty minutes.
  4. Serve chilled.
