Ingredients list for Rangeela Raita

  • 3 medium Potatoes boiled and cut into small cubes
  • 2 large Onions chopped
  • 3 small Carrot, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Yogurt, whisked
  • 2 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 Green chillies, finely chopped
  • to taste Salt


  1. In a bowl mix together potatoes, onion, carrots and yogurt. Mix well. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds and green chillies, allow it to splutter. Add to the yogurt and add salt and mix well.
  2. Serve with aloo paratha.
