By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Nachani flour (finger millet flour), Refined flour (maida) Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Ragi Pancakes - SK Khazana 1 cup Nachani flour (finger millet flour) 1/2 cup Refined flour (maida) 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder to taste Salt 1/4 cup Castor sugar (caster sugar) 2 Eggs 2 teaspoons Vanilla essence 3/4 cup Milk Butter 2 tablesoonps melted butter + greasing Strawberries sliced, for garnish Blueberries for garnish Icing sugar for dusting Maple syrup for garnish Method Sieve ragi flour, refined flour and baking powder into a bowl, dd salt and castor sugar. Break in eggs and add vanilla essence, milk and melted butter and whisk till you get a smooth batter. Heat a non-stick pan, Drizzle some melted butter and wipe it with a tissue. Pour a ladle of batter and cook on medium heat till the underside is cooked. Flip and cook the other side till done. Place it on a plate. Cook more pancakes similarly. Stack the pancakes one on top of the other on a serving plate. Dust icing sugar through a sieve on top and garnish with strawberries and blueberries.
