Ingredients list for Rabdi - SK Khazana
- 800 millilitres Full fat milk
 - 2 tablespoons Sugar
 - 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
 - for garnishing Silver warq
 - for garnishing Pistachios slivered
 - for garnishing Almonds slivered
 
Method
- Boil milk in a deep non-stick pan on medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, till reduced to ¼ the original volume. Scrape the sides of the pan and add it to the milk. This may take upto 40 minutes.
 - Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well. Cook, stirring till the sugar dissolves.
 - Remove from heat and cool.
 - Put rabdi in a serving bowls and serve garnished with some silver warq, pistachio slivers and almond slivers.
