Ingredients list for Quickest Dahi Bhalla
- 4 Bread Slices
- 6 cups Yogurt
- to taste Salt
- 4 teaspoon Sugar
- to taste Mint chutney
- to taste Sweet date and tamarind chutney
- 2 tablespoons Roasted cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Whisk yogurt well with sugar and little bit of salt. Keep aside.
- Cut sides of the bread slice. Soak in to warm water just for 2 seconds and drain the water.
- Make round roll of each bread in ball shape. Keep aside
- For serving; place bread Bhalla (ball) on a plate/katori and cover with whisked yogurt.
- Add mint chutney and tamarind chutney. Sprinkle roasted cumin powder.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
