Melt jaggery in a non stick pan on low heat. Mix baking soda with water in a bowl. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the noodles till crisp and golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Add ghee to the jaggery and mix well. Add cardamom powder and dried fruits and mix well. Sprinkle soda water over the mixture. Add the fried noodles and mix well.
