Ingredients list for Pudina Chutni
- 1 cup Mint
- 1/2 cup Jaggery
- 2 tablespoons Jaggery (gur) grated
- 1 teaspoon Tamarind paste
- 2 Green chillies
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds roasted
- to taste Black salt (kala namak)
- to taste Salt
Method
- Gring together mint leaves, coriander leves, jaggery, tamrind paste, green chillies, roasted cumin seeds, black salt, salt and sufficient water to make a fine paste.
- Serve with parathas.
