Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
- 4-5 green chillies
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds (anardana)
- Salt to taste
- A pinch asafoetida
Method
- Pick, clean and wash the mint leaves. Roughly chop them. Remove stems, wash and roughly chop green chillies.
- Whisk yogurt. Grind the mint leaves, pomegranate seeds and green chillies to a fine paste in a grinder.
- Transfer to a bowl, add salt, whisked yogurt, asafoetida and mix well. Serve.
