Ingredients list for Pudina Chaas
- 1 1/2 cups Yogurt
- 4 tablespoons Fresh mint leaves torn
- 1 Green chilli
- 1 inch piece Ginger peeled
- to taste Sea salt
- 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Dry mint leaves crushed
- as required Ice cubes crushed
Method
- Grind fresh mint leaves, green chilli, ginger and sea salt together to a coarse paste in a mortar with a pestle.
- Blend this paste with yogurt, adding roasted cumin powder and four cups of water.
- Pour chaas equally in four glasses, garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
