Ingredients list for Prawns Khadkhade
- 8-12 Large Prawns deveined with shells, head and tails intact
- 2-3 tablespoons Sambariya Masala/ Pathare Prabhu Masala
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Sambariya masala / Pathare Prabhu masala
- 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon Ginger chopped
Method
- Marinate prawns with salt, turmeric powder, sambariya masala and red chilli powder for fifteen minutes.
- Heat oil in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and ginger and sauté till the garlic turns brown.
- Add marinated prawns and mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for two to three minutes.
- Serve hot.
