Ingredients list for Potato Pasta Hash Browns

  • 5 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and grated
  • 1 cup Macaroni blanched
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • a pinch Nutmeg powder
  • to taste Black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 200 C.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add onion and sauté till translucent. Transfer into a bowl.
  3. Add macaroni and potato and mix. Add salt, nutmeg powder, pepper powder and parsley and mix well.
  4. Transfer the potato-macaroni mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly. Put the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
