Potato Pasta Hash Browns A classic British breakfast snack made differently with macaroni. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Aug 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Potatoes, Macaroni Cuisine British Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Potato Pasta Hash Browns 5 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and grated 1 cup Macaroni blanched 2 tablespoons Butter 1 medium Onion chopped to taste Salt a pinch Nutmeg powder to taste Black pepper powder 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped Method Preheat oven to 200 C. Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add onion and sauté till translucent. Transfer into a bowl. Add macaroni and potato and mix. Add salt, nutmeg powder, pepper powder and parsley and mix well. Transfer the potato-macaroni mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly. Put the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
