By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Jul 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Potato, Eggs Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Potato Pancakes 4 medium Potato parboiled, peeled and grated 4 tablespoons Eggs 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Chaat masala 1 Green chilli chopped 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped for cookin Oil Method Mix together potatoes, cornflour, chilli powder, chaat masala, green chilli and coriander leaves in a bowl. Heat a non-stick tawa. Divide the potato mixture into four equal portions and pat evenly each potion directly on the tawa into a round pancake. Drizzle some oil and cook, turning, till both the sides are golden brown and crispy.
