By Sanjeev Kapoor 13 Feb 2020 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Pressed rice (poha), Jaggery Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Poha Laddoo - SK Khazana 1 cup Pressed rice (poha) 1/2 cup Jaggery chopped 2 tablespoons Almonds chopped 2 tablespoons Cashewnuts chopped 1/2 cup Ghee melted 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder to garnish Almonds slivers Method Heat a non-stick pan, add pressed rice and roast until light golden brown. Allow it cool, transfer into a grinder jar and grind into a fine powder. Transfer the powdered pressed rice into a bowl, add jaggery, almonds, cashewnuts and hot melted ghee and mix well. Add green cardamom powder and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos.
