Pizza Four in One Pizza base divided into four parts and each part topped with a different topping. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Apr 2016 in Recipes Veg New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Refined Flour, Tomato Puree Cuisine Italian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 51-60 minutes Cook time 1-1.30 hour Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Pizza Four in One for dusting Refined Flour 1 1/2 cups + 1 cup Tomato Puree Oil 1 tablespoon + for greasing 20 grams Fresh yeast 1 teaspoon Sugar to taste Salt For topping 6 tablespoons Olive oil 6-8 Garlic cloves sliced 2 medium Onions sliced 1 teaspoon Celery thickly sliced 5 medium Tomatoes roughly chopped to taste Salt Method Preheat oven at 220ºC. To make the sauce, heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in a non-stick pan. Slice garlic cloves and add to the pan, saute well. Add sliced onion, celery, mix well and saute till onion turns golden. Add tomatoes, mix and saute on high heat. Add salt, mix and cook till tomatoes turn soft and pulpy or for 10-15 minutes. Add tomato puree, mix well and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Divide pizza dough into equal large portions. Dust a worktop and place a portion on it, flatten a little and roll out into a large disc dusting with flour. This is the pizza base. Dust a baking tray with flour and place the pizza base on it. Use the remaining dough to make some thin long cylinders. Place them on the pizza base to make a cross so that the base gets divide into four parts. Prick the base with a fork, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 7-8 minutes. Add red chilli flakes and crushed peppercorns to the sauce. Switch off heat and add 3-4 torn basil leaves. Mix well. Spread some sauce on each part of the pizza base. For first part, top with chopped onion and capsicum, sprinkle salt, ½ teaspoon dried herbs and crushed peppercorns on top. For second part, top with mushrooms and red chillies, sprinkle salt and crushed peppercorns on top. For third part, top with black olives, green olives and sliced jalapeno, sprinkle salt, remaining dried herbs and crushed peppercorns on top. For fourth part, top with remaining torn basil leaves, sprinkle salt and crushed peppercorns on top. Drizzle remaining olive oil on top of the entire assembled pizza, grate mozzarella cheese one each part, put the tray in preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts. Serve hot.
