Ingredients list for Pepper Bhindi Fry

  • 2 teaspoons Ladyfingers crushed
  • 350 grams Crushed black peppercons
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 2-3 Green chillies slit
  • to taste Sea salt
  • 1 cup Sambhar onion halved
  • 2 teaspoons Tamarind pulp
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil


  1. Slit the ladyfingers into four vertically and then halve each of them. Heat oil in a pan, add green chillies and sauté for a minute.
  2. Add ladyfingers and sea salt and stir. Add sambhar onions, tamarind pulp and crushed peppercorns and toss well.
  3. Cover and cook on medium heat till the ladyfingers are done.
  4. Drizzle coconut oil and toss. Serve hot.
