By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Jun 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Ladyfingers, Crushed black peppercons Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Pepper Bhindi Fry 2 teaspoons Ladyfingers crushed 350 grams Crushed black peppercons 2 tablespoons Oil 2-3 Green chillies slit to taste Sea salt 1 cup Sambhar onion halved 2 teaspoons Tamarind pulp 1 tablespoon Coconut oil Method Slit the ladyfingers into four vertically and then halve each of them. Heat oil in a pan, add green chillies and sauté for a minute. Add ladyfingers and sea salt and stir. Add sambhar onions, tamarind pulp and crushed peppercorns and toss well.
