Ingredients list for Peas Crusted Chicken
- 400 grams Chicken sliced
 - 1/2 cup Masala peas
 - to taste Salt
 - to taste White pepper powder
 - 2 teaspoons Red chilli flakes
 - 1 teaspoon Wasabi paste
 - Juice of 1 lemon
 - 1 Egg
 - 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
 - 1/2 cup Masala chana
 - for deep-frying Oil
 - 2 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
 
Method
- Place chicken slices in a bowl, add salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes, Wasabi paste, lemon juice, egg and refined flour and mix well. Set aside for ten to fifteen minutes to marinate.
 - Grind masala peas and masala chana to a coarse powder and transfer into a plate.
 - Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
 - Add the breadcrumbs to ground powder and mix well.
 - Coat the marinated chicken slices with the ground powder evenly and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
 - Serve hot.
