Ingredients list for Peach Pancake
- 12-16 Canned peaches halved
- 2 Eggs
- 6 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 pinches Cinnamon powder
- 1 cup Refined flour (maida)
- 2 cups Milk
- Butter for cooking + for serving
- pieces Soda bicarbonate a large pinch
- for garnishing Honey
Method
- Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar, cinnamon powder, refined flour, milk and whisk well.
- Heat a non-stick pan. Place half the peach pieces in the pan, add 1 tsp butter and cook for half a minute.
- Add soda to the batter and mix well. Spread half the batter in the pan. Cover and cook on low heat.
- Flip the pancake, apply little butter and cook till the other side is golden. Spread sautéed peaches at one end and fold the other side over.
- Similarly cook another pancake.
- Transfer pancakes onto serving plates, apply some butter, place remaining peaches on them, drizzle some honey and serve hot.
