Ingredients list for Papdi Pizza
- as required Papdis
- as required Pizza sauce
- 1 small Potato boiled, peeled and cut into roundels
- to sprinkle Chaat masala
- to sprinkle Amchur powder
- 1 medium Onion cut into roundels and layers separated
- as required Mozzarella cheese grated
- ½ medium Green capsicum finely chopped
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- as required Sev
- for garnishing Fresh coriander sprigs
Method
- Preheat oven at 180º C. Line a baking tray with silicon mat.
- Place papris on the lined baking tray. Spread some pizza sauce on each papri. Put potato roundel and sprinkle some chaat masala and dried mango powder on top.
- Place onion rings on each papri and put some more pizza sauce, some mozzarella cheese and some capsicum in the center. Sprinkle some crushed peppercorns on top.
- Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake till cheese melts.
- Place the baked papris on a serving platter and sprinkle some sev on top. Serve immediately garnished with coriander sprigs.
