By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Paneer (cottage cheese), Cornmeal Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Paneer Corndog - SK Khazana 500 grams Paneer (cottage cheese) cut into 4 inch thick strips 1 cup Cornmeal 3 tablespoons Refined flour (maida) 1/4 teaspoon Paprika powder a pinch Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder to taste Salt 1 1/2 cups Buttermilk to serve Mustard sauce to serve Tomato ketchup Method Put corn meal in a jar, add refined flour, paprika, baking soda, baking powder and salt and mix well. Add buttermilk and mix well to form a thick batter. Insert a satay stick in the center of each cottage cheese strip. Heat sufficient oil in a wok. , Dip each cottage cheese strip in the batter and slide into the hot oil. Deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
