Ingredients list for Palakwale Chawal-SK Khazana
- 2 cups Fresh spinach shredded
 - 1 1/2 cups Basmati rice soaked and drained
 - 1 tablespoon Oil
 - 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
 - 1 teaspoon Ginger finely chopped
 - 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped
 - 3-4 Spring onion bulbs finely chopped
 - to taste Salt
 - for garnish Spring onion greens sliced
 
Method
- Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds, ginger and green chillies, mix and sauté till fragrant.
 - Add spring onion bulbs and sauté till translucent. Add rice and mix.
 - Add salt and mix well. Add 3 cups water, mix and bring to a boil.
 - Add spinach leaves and mix well. Cover and cook till fully done.
 - Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
