Ingredients for Oodles Of Noodles Recipe

  • Noodles 200 grams

  • Sweetcorn Kernels ½ cup

  • Spring onions sliced 2

  • Yellow capsicum sliced 1 small

  • Red capsicum sliced 1 small

  • Cauliflower boiled 10-12 florets

  • French beans sliced diagonally and blanched 4-5

  • Soy sauce 2 teaspoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons

  • Bean sprouts ¼ cup

  • Spring onion greens sliced 2 stalks


Step 1

Boil noodles in plenty of salted water. Drain, refresh and set aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan. Add spring onions and sauté. Add yellow and red capsicums. Add cauliflower florets and French beans. Toss well.

Step 3

Add sweet corn kernels, soy sauce and mix well. Add noodles and salt and toss well.

Step 4

Add tomato ketchup and mix gently. Add bean sprouts and spring onion greens and mix well.

Step 5

Serve hot.
