Ingredients list for Omelette Pizza-SK Khazana
- 16 Eggs
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black peppercorns crushed
- 4 tablespoons Oil
- 4 tablespoons Garlic finely chopped
- 8 tablespoons Spring onion bulbs finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons Three coloured capsicumssauce finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons Pizza sauce
- 4 tablespoons Three coloured capsicum strips
- 2-3 Green olives sliced
- 4-5 Black olives sliced
- 20-24 Fresh basil lves
- 4 tablespoons Spring onion greens sliced
- 8 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese grated
- to sprinkle Mixed dried herbs
- to sprinkle Red chilli flakes
Method
- For each pizza, whisk together 3 eggs, salt and crushed peppercorns in a bowl.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add ½ tablespoon garlic and 2 tablespoons spring onion bulbs, mix and sauté well. Add 1 tablespoon chopped capsicums and mix.
- Pour egg mixture into the pan, spread, cover and cook for 1 minute. Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce and top with 1 tablespoon capsicum strips, 5-6 green olive slices and 8-10 black olives, 1 tablespoon spring onion greens and 2 tablespoons cheese, cover and cook till cheese melts.
- Cut into wedges, sprinkle mixed herbs and chilli flakes and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
