By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Oct 2018 in Recipes Veg New Update Olan Main Ingredients Red pumpkin, Green chillies Cuisine Kerala Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 7-8 hour Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 1/2 cups red pumpkin, peeled and sliced 3 green chillies, slit Salt to taste 3/4 cup dried red chavli beans, soaked overnight and boiled 1 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon coconut oil 7-8 curry leaves Method Heat a non-stick pan. Add pumpkin, chillies, sufficient water and salt, mix and cook till the pumpkin is fully done. Add red chavli beans, mix gently and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add coconut milk and mix gently. Switch off heat just as the mixture comes to a boil.
