Ingredients list for Olan-SK Khazana

  • 1 1/2 cups Red pumpkin peeled and sliced
  • 3 Green chillies slit
  • to taste Salt
  • 3/4 cup Dried red chavli beans soaked overnight and boiled
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 7-8 Curry leaves


  1. Heat a non-stick pan. Add pumpkin, chillies, sufficient water and salt, mix and cook till the pumpkin is fully done.
  2. Add red chavli beans, mix gently and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add coconut milk and mix gently. Switch off heat just as the mixture comes to a boil.
  4. Add coconut oil and curry leaves, mix gently and serve hot.
