Add the onion and garlic and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the onion softens. Add the carrots, zucchini, broccoli and vegetable stock and mix well. Add the noodles, Chinese cabbage, pepper powder, salt and soy sauce and stir. Add coconut milk, mix and cook and bring the mixture to a boil. Serve hot.
