Noodle Cutlet

Ingredients list for Noodle Cutlet

  • 200 grams Noodles boiled
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
  • for shallow frying Oil

Method

  1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add refined flour and sauté.
  2. Add milk and whisk well till it thickens.
  3. Add salt, white pepper powder and mix well.
  4. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. Grease an aluminium burfi tray and pour the mixture into it and spread.
  6. Refrigerate for half an hour and then cut into squares.
  7. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Place the cutlets on it and shallow-fry till golden from both the sides.
  8. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
