Ingredients list for Noodle Cutlet
- 200 grams Noodles boiled
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
- for shallow frying Oil
Method
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add refined flour and sauté.
- Add milk and whisk well till it thickens.
- Add salt, white pepper powder and mix well.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- Grease an aluminium burfi tray and pour the mixture into it and spread.
- Refrigerate for half an hour and then cut into squares.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Place the cutlets on it and shallow-fry till golden from both the sides.
- Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
