Add garlic, celery and onions and sauté for 1 minute. Roughly chop red and green peppers and put in blender. Crush and add to the pan, mix well and sauté for 2 minutes. Add kidney beans, peas and corn kernels. Diagonally slice sausages and add along with 2 cups water, salt, cayenne pepper, crushed peppercorns, thyme and rice. Mix and cook on high heat till almost done. Cover and cook on medium heat till completely done.
