Ingredients list for Narli Paak

  • 2 medium Fresh Coconut
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • 10 grams Cashewnuts
  • 10 grams Raisins
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee

Method

  1. Grind cashew nuts coarsely. Scrape fresh coconut finely. Combine scraped fresh coconut and sugar, mix well. Sprinkle a little water on the mixture and then cook it stirring continuously till sugar dissolves.
  2. Add cashew nuts and raisins to it and cook till the mixture becomes sticky. Remove from heat. Grease a thali with ghee and pour the cooked mixture in it. Level the mixture and leave aside for 1-2 hours to cool. When set, cut into desired size and shape.
