Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut slices
- 2 tablespoons raw mango grated
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves roughly chopped
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- 10-15 fresh mint leaves
- 1 inch ginger roughly chopped
- 2 green chillies roughly chopped
- Salt to taste
Method
- Combine coconut slices, coriander leaves, grated mango, garlic, mint leaves, ginger, green chillies and salt in a blender jar. Add sufficient water and blend into a fine paste.
- Serve as an accompaniment with your choice of snacks and starters.
