Ingredients list for Mustard Mushroom
- 2 teaspoons Mustard seeds
- 500 grams Mushroom
- 1 tablespo Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 4 Dried red chilli
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur)
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick kadai.
- Deep fry mushrooms until golden. Drain on absorbent paper and set aside.
- Grind garlic, mustard seeds and red chillies into a smooth paste. Use water only if required.
- Heat one tablespoon oil in another non-stick kadai.
- Add ground paste, salt and turmeric powder. Saute till oil separates.
- Add mushrooms, amchur and quarter cup of water.
- Mix well, cover and cook for two minutes or till water dries up.
- Serve hot with rotis.
