Ingredients list for Moroccan Spiced Grilled Chicken
- 400 grams Chicken boneless
- 1/2 cup Fresh coriander chopped
- 1/4 cup Parsley chopped
- 6-8 Garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin powder
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black peppercorns crushed
- 1/2 cup Thick yogurt
- for drizz Olive oil
Method
- Grind together coriander leaves, parsley, garlic, paprika, cumin powder, salt, crushed peppercorns and yogurt to a smooth mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add chicken breasts, mix well and set aside to marinate for four to five hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat a non-stick grill pan, drizzle some olive oil, add the marinated chicken breasts and cook on medium heat for eight to ten minutes on each side.
- Serve hot along with your choice of salad.
