Ingredients list for Moongphali Ki Chutney
- 1 cup Roasted Peanuts
- 1/2 medium Green Capsicum
- 3 Green chillies
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
- to taste Salt
- 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
Method
- Roughly chop capsicum, green chillies and coriander leaves and put them in a mixer jar.
- Add roasted peanuts, sugar, salt and lemon juice and grind coarsely. Add a little water and grind again. Serve
