Ingredients list for Molagapodi Crusted Fish with Vegetable Spaghetti
- 400 grams Boneless fish fillets , cut into 4 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup Molagapodi , for coating
- 1 large Carrot , peeled
- 1 medium Yellow zucchini
- 1 medium Green zucchini
- 3 tablespoons Oil
- 5-6 cloves Garlic , sliced
- to taste Salt
Method
- To make spaghetti, pass the carrot, yellow zucchini and green zucchini through a spiralizer.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté well. Add the prepared vegetable spaghetti and salt and toss well. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Spread molagapodi on a plate, add salt and mix well. Roll the fish pieces in it so that they are well coated on all sides.
- Heat remaining oil in a non-stick grill pan, and place the fish pieces on it. Grill for 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for 3-4 minutes or till completely cooked.
- For serving, place a portion of the spaghetti on one side of a serving plate, arrange the fish pieces by its side and serve hot.
