Ingredients list for Mini Papads With Coconut Relish

  • 8 Mini sabudana papads deep fried
  • 8 Mini potato and red chilli papads deep fried
  • 1/2 cup Fresh coconut scraped
  • 2 inch piece Lemon grass roots
  • 2 Fresh red chillies
  • 1 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • a few sprigs Fresh coriander leaves


  1. Slice lemon grass root and put into a mortar. Chop fresh red chillies and add. Crush garlic and add along with fish sauce and salt and crush everything together with a pestle.
  2. Add brown sugar and crush some more. Add coconut and lemon juice and crush well. Serve with fried mini papads.
