Ingredients for Mini Papads With Coconut Relish Recipe

  • Mini sabudana papads deep fried 8

  • Mini potato and red chilli papads deep fried 8

  • FOR COCONUT RELISH

  • Fresh coconut scraped 1/2 cup

  • Lemon grass roots 2 inch piece

  • Fresh red chillies 2

  • Garlic 1 cloves

  • Fish sauce 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Brown sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Lemon juice 2 teaspoons

  • Fresh coriander leaves a few sprigs

Method

Step 1

Slice lemon grass root and put into a mortar. Chop fresh red chillies and add. Crush garlic and add along with fish sauce and salt and crush everything together with a pestle.

Step 2

Add brown sugar and crush some more. Add coconut and lemon juice and crush well. Serve with fried mini papads.
