Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 200 millilitres oil
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard paste
- White pepper powder to taste
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Method
- Separate egg yolks from the whites. Place egg yolks in another bowl and add vinegar. Blend well with a hand blender, adding oil, little by little.
- Add salt, mustard paste, pepper powder and sugar. Mix well and refrigerate for an hour.
- Use as required.
