Ingredients 

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 200 millilitres oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard paste
  •  White pepper powder to taste
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar

Method

  1. Separate egg yolks from the whites. Place egg yolks in another bowl and add vinegar. Blend well with a hand blender, adding oil, little by little.
  2. Add salt, mustard paste, pepper powder and sugar. Mix well and refrigerate for an hour.
  3. Use as required.
