Ingredients

  • 3 large mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 6 tablespoons yogurt
  • 3 cups milk, chilled
  • 8 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 medium ripe mango peeled, cut into1 cm cubes

Method

  1. Keep the chopped mangoes in the freezer for some time. 
  2. Take the yogurt in a smoothie maker.  Add frozen mango pieces and mil.  Blend till smooth
  3. Add sugar and blend again.  
  4. Put some mango cubes into a glass, pour the smoothie and serve immediately garnished with some more mango cubes.
