Ingredients list for Mango Smoothie
- 3 large Mango peeled and chopped
- 6 tablespoons Yogurt
- 3 cups Milk chilled
- 8 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 medium Ripe mango peeled, 1 cm cubes
Method
- Keep the chopped mangoes in the freezer for some time. Take the yogurt in a smoothie maker.
- Add frozen mango pieces and milk. Blend till smooth. Add sugar and blend again.
- Put some mango cubes into a glass, pour the smoothie and serve immediately garnished with some more mango cubes.
