Ingredients list for Mango Potato
- 1 cup Mango pulp
- 4 medium Potatoes cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 4-5 Curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds (Methi dana)
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- to taste Salt
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan add curry leaves, cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds. When cumin seeds starts spluttering add onions and saute till light golden brown.
- Add potatoes, salt cover and cook till potatoes are done.
- Add mango puree and mix well.
- Serve hot.
