Ingredients list for Mango Pachadi

  • 1 Raw mango, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 cup Scraped coconut
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard seeds
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • to taste Salt
  • a pinch Sugar

Method

  1. Boil the mango with one cup of water.
  2. Grind coconut, mustard seeds and green chillies to a fine paste with sufficient water.
  3. Add the paste to mango and boil for a minute.
  4. Reduce the flame and add yogurt to it. Switch off the flame. Add salt, sugar and mix well.
