Ingredients for Mango Pachadi Recipe

  • Raw mango cut into 1 inch pieces 1

  • Scraped coconut 1 cup

  • Mustard seeds 2 tablespoon

  • Green chillies 2

  • Yogurt 1 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Sugar a pinch

Method

Step 1

Boil the mango with one cup of water. Grind coconut, mustard seeds and green chillies to a fine paste with sufficient water. Add the paste to mango and boil for a minute.

Step 2

Reduce the flame and add yogurt to it. Switch off the flame. Add salt, sugar and mix well.
