By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Mar 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients King fish darnes, Malvani masala powder Cuisine Malvani Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Malvani Fish Fry - SK Khazana 4 King fish darnes 1 teaspoon Malvani masala powder 1 tablespoon Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 2 tablespoons Tamarind pulp to taste Salt for coating Semolin to shallow fry Oil to garnish Lemon slices to garnish Fresh coriander sprigs Method Take garlic paste in a bowl, add malvani masala powder, turmeric powder, tamarind pulp and salt and mix well. Apply this mixture on both sides of the fish darnes and set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Take semolina in a plate, place the fish darnes in it and coat both the sides of darnes well. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan, place the fish darnes in it and shallow fry, turning sides till golden brown on both the sides. Transfer onto a serving plate.
