Ingredients list for Malai tadka

  • 1 cup Cream
  • 2 medium Onions cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • a pinch Dried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)
  • 2 medium Tomatoes cut into 1 inch cubes

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan add onions and saute till light brown.
  2. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder , kasoori methi and saute for a minute.
  3. Add tomatoes and malai saute for a minute and remove from flame.
  4. Serve hot.
