Ingredients list for Linguini With Mushroom Cream Sauce
- 200 grams Linguini
- 12-14 medium Button Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 3-4 cloves Garlic,crushed
- 1 medium Green capsicum,cut into thin strips
- 1 medium Red capsicum,cut into thin strips
- 1 medium Yellow capsicum,cut into thin strips
- 7-8 Black peppercorns , freshly ground
- 1/2 teaspoon Dry rosemary,crumbled
- 50 grams Processed cheese,cubed
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley,chopped
Method
- Melt butter in a heavy, large pan over medium heat. Add garlic, mushrooms and the three coloured capsicums and sauté for two minutes.
- Add freshly ground pepper, cream and rosemary. Stir well till blended. Add linguini and cheese and stir till cheese melts. Adjust salt.
- Transfer into serving bowls and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
