Ingredients list for Kiwi Bean Sprout Muesli
- 3 Kiwi
- 1 cup Bean sprouts
- 2 cups Oats
- 4 tablespoons Powdered sugar
- 2 cups Yogurt
- 1 tablespoons Almonds
- 1 tablespoons Raisins
- a pinch Green cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Rooh Afza for drizzling
Method
- Keep bean sprouts and oats in 2 separate bowls. Add 4 ladles of hot water to the oats and 2½ ladles of hot water to the bean sprouts and set aside. Peel the kiwis, cut into small cubes and blend into a coarse purée.
- Cook powdered sugar and the kiwi puree in a non stick pan till the mixture thickens. Add yogurt, almonds, raisins, cardamom powder and honey to the oats and mix well.
- For serving, place a ladleful of oats in each plate. Drain and spread a little bean sprouts on the oats and pour 2-3 tbsps kiwi mixture over it. Garnish with a few raisins, almonds and drizzle rooh afza. Serve chilled.
