By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Apr 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Kimchi, Basmati rice Cuisine Fusion Course Rice Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Kimchi Rice- Sk Khazana 1/2 cup Kimchi 3 cups Basmati rice boiled 3 teaspoons Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped 2 Spring onion bulbs chopped 1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce to taste Black peppercorns crushed to taste Salt for garnish Spring onion greens finely chopped, 1 teaspoon + 1 Egg Method Heat 2 tsps oil in non-stick pan, add garlic and spring onions and sauté for 1 minute. Add rice, crushed black peppercorns, kimchi and salt and toss well. Add spring onion greens and take the pan off the heat. Heat remaining oil in another non-stick pan, add egg and cook for 2 minutes or till egg white is cooked and the yolk firm. Transfer the cooked rice into a serving bowl and place the fried egg on top. Garnish with spring onion greens and sprinkle crushed black pepper.
