Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage ,cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 4 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 teaspoons crushed red chillies
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds (til) roasted
Method
- Heat sesame oil in a pan. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, crushed red chillies and salt. Add cabbage and turn off the heat. Toss well. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.
