Ingredients
- 2-3 tablespoons grated khoya/mawa
- 1 cup whole cashewnuts
- 1/4 cup cashewnuts, soaked
- 2 cups frozen green peas
- 65 grams makhani bhuna masala
- 65 grams gravy bhuna masala
- 10-12 button mushrooms, quartered
- 2 tablespoons fresh cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan, add both the bhuna masalas, mushrooms, khoya and mix well. Add whole cashewnuts and ¼ cup water and mix well.
- Drain and grind broken cashewnuts to a paste. Add this to the pan and mix.
- Add green peas and mix. Add cream and mix. Then add garam masala powder and coriander leaves and mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat till the vegetables get cooked and oil surfaces.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
