Ingredients list for Khajoori Farhali Laddoo
- 1/2 kilogram Seedless Dates
- 1 tablespoon Almonds
- 4 tablespoons Almonds coarsely ground
- 4 tablespoons Cashewnuts coarsely ground
- 4 tablespoons Pistachios coarsely ground
- 4 tablespoons Semolina (rawa/suji)
- a pinch Green cardamom powder
- 3 tablespoons Powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Scraped coconut
Method
- Heat ghee in a non stick kadai. Add almonds, cashewnuts, pistachios and semolina and saute for 6-8 minutes on low heat. Add dates and mix well.
- Add green cardamom powder, sugar, coconut and mix well. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and keep aside to cool.
- Divide into small equal portions and shape into laddoos and serve.
