Method

  1. Heat milk in a non-stick pan, let it come to a boil. Remove and set aside.
  2. Boil 1 ½ cups water in another non-stick deep pan. Crush and add green cardamoms, tea leaves and sugar. Let it boil for a minute. 
  3. Add few saffron strands and boil for a minute.
  4. Add the boiled milk and boil the tea till it becomes frothy.
  5. Strain and transfer the tea in serving cups. Add the froth on top.
  6. Garnish with pistachios and saffron. Serve hot.
