Remove and set aside. Boil 1½ cups water in another deep non-stick pan. Crush green cardamoms and add. Add tea leaves, sugar and saffron, mix and let the mixture boil for a minute. Add some of the boiled milk and boil the tea till it becomes frothy. Strain the tea into 4 serving glasses. Add the froth on top.
